We had a change of plans. My dad decided to visit Baguio before proceeding to Ilocos. We’re currently in our hotel room, enjoying the cozy mattresses and cable TV. The weather here is great: just the right mixture of cool mountain air and warm tropical sunlight. I’m still stuffed from the complimentary buffet breakfast but I’m already thinking of the empanadas of Vigan.
